Estridge Deck and Patio has been fortunate to have filled our season for 2020. What we are offering our customers is, a non-obligated, build time slot for 2021. Due to the current conditions in the market, we are seeing pricing, on materials we use, that is very out of line with normal. I believe it would be in your best interest, if we wait to visit your project and give pricing until early February 2021, I think we should be at a realistic and solid price point by then.
